Fairlane Resturant is a new restaurant serving classic diner fare in Rosalia at 613 S. Whitman.

Look for construction starting this year on the anticipated Boys and Girls Club of Kootenai County's new club home in Post Falls along Mullan Ave behind the Post Falls Library and across from the Post Falls Kindercenter.The new permanent club will be 8,800 sq. feet and include a gym,kitchen, technology area,teen area and open space for other programs the Boys and Girls Club offers.The plans are scaled back some from the original plan as they hope to one day open a second club home in Coeur d Alene.

Alpine Bistro and Bakery opened their second location last month inside the Downtown Spokane YMCA.

As I mentioned earlier on this blog,The Silver Creek Senior Apartments will begin work on a second phase soon.The second phase will be similar to the first with all of the same features but the new building will have 40 units instead of the 42 offered in the newly opened 1st building.

Grocery Boys will expand their grocery store adding on 2300 sq feet to their current store at 3430 N Crestline in Spokane.

Spokane's SRM Development is starting a new sister company called Pacificlean Enviromental.The goal of Pacificlean is to help governments and private sector firms with developing organic processing facilities.
